William B. Travis Early College High School

Early College High School

Travis was one of Austin’s first Early College High Schools, offering students the opportunity to take courses for college credit alongside their high school studies.

Students in the Early College High School program can graduate from Travis with both their high school diploma and up to 60 hours of college credit or an associate degree—with no fees for tuition, textbooks or transportation.

Travis ECHS 2018 Graduates

Students start courses at ACC as soon as they meet college-readiness standards, which can be as early as their freshman year.
